I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show or same day cancellations. If you have an appointment and need to cancel, please notify within 24 hours or a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. *If you cancel or no-show your appointment without properly notifying me, and your card is not on file, you will no longer be able to book an appointment with me. *If you no show or same day cancel your appointment more than twice, I will no longer be able to book you in the future. *If there is an emergency, please contact me ASAP, that way I can further assist you in the future!! **** Services are Non-refundable! If there is something about your service you received that you may not like after a scheduled appointment, please notify me within 24 hours of your original visit to schedule an adjustment. Adjustment appointments must be done within 7 days of initial service visit. Failure to call within 24 hours will result in not being eligible for an adjustment service!
